Pascoe Partners recommends adopting a new system to allow our clients to easily transfer large files. In particular, large backups of accounting data files from accounting programs such as Agrimaster, MYOB or Quickbooks.

Once setup, all that is required is to save the backup to a location on your computer.  The transfer to Pascoe Partners is automatic from that point and there is no need to copy or send anything. Therefore, saving a lot of time and potential file corruption.

The system uses the popular DropBox solution which has strong security encryption to the same level of security used by online banking, plus serves as a backup location.
