Our People and Culture
Pascoe Partners was established in Kojonup in 1978 by John Pascoe. He was joined by Richard Hudson and later Kevin Broom and Kim Blythe and operated until recently as Pascoe, Hudson, Broom and Blythe.
Their vision was simple – to offer their farming friends and businesses the very best accounting advice, with a human touch.
John Pascoe, Kevin Broom and Kim Blythe have retired as partners but continue to act as consultants and provide services to Pascoe Partners.
These days we have seven Partners and seventy staff in offices in Kojonup, Bunbury and Perth. But the more things change, the more they stay the same.
We still value loyalty, honesty and trust above all else
We have a strong, supportive team culture. We never forget the trust our clients place in us. We value our good reputation and our role as respected members of our local communities.
We’re old-fashioned when it comes to personal service
We build relationships through meaningful personal contact – talking, listening, meeting, sharing, understanding each client as an individual and a family member. We work hard to find solutions to complex problems, get the job done and make sure our clients are happy with the results.
Our understanding of rural and regional business is still second to none
And we plan to keep things that way for a long time to come.
“The strength of the firm is its personalised service. It’s the old-fashioned
kind of service that other firms don’t offer anymore. It’s sincere.
Nothing is more important than outcomes and benefits to clients.
That kind of approach builds trust and delivers results.”
